MessageDock is provided to authorized businesses for compliant customer communication. Customers are responsible for lawful contact, approved templates, agent access, channel charges and adherence to Meta and WhatsApp policies.

The service must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, unsolicited or rights-infringing communication. Availability depends partly on third-party messaging platforms.

These draft terms are implementation placeholders and require legal review before public launch.
