Operating business

MessageDock is a standalone customer-messaging product operated by Travel Mate. Read about MessageDock and our operating business.

Purpose

MessageDock processes customer communications on behalf of each subscribing business to provide a shared messaging inbox, connection health, synchronization and support workflows.

Data isolation

Each customer receives a separate application deployment, database, storage bucket and secret namespace. MessageDock does not combine customer message data across deployments.

Data handled

Depending on enabled channels, MessageDock may process contact identifiers, profile names, message content, attachments, delivery events, agent activity and technical audit records.

Use and retention

Data is used only to provide, secure and operate the service. Retention is controlled by the customer deployment and contractual requirements.

Requests

Workspace owners may request export, correction or deletion through their account administrator. This policy must be reviewed and completed with the operating legal entity before public launch.
