MessageDock is a standalone customer-messaging product operated by Travel Mate.

Our business and brand

MessageDock is the product brand. Travel Mate is the operating business behind it. The product has its own application and infrastructure and is separate from Travel Mate's other applications.

What MessageDock does

MessageDock provides a shared web inbox for authorized business messaging, agent replies, conversation assignments, notes and WhatsApp message templates. Each customer workspace uses a separate deployment, database, storage and secrets.

Connecting an existing WhatsApp Business mobile-app number through Coexistence remains subject to Meta permissions, number eligibility and successful onboarding validation. Instagram, Messenger and email integrations are planned, not currently available.

Independent product

MessageDock is not a Meta or WhatsApp product. Any connection to WhatsApp uses the official business platform with the business owner's authorization.
